Firstly i would like to extend a “Welcome back” to all overseas visitors, regardless if your here to fish or just to see and explore our beautiful country, we have missed you.

New Zealanders you have been great in taking the opportunity to further explore your country and help in keeping our businesses especially in the smaller towns afloat, it is definitely appreciated.

Overseas visiting anglers you will notice an increase in the Non Resident License fees, and i have added these to my blog or you can visit FishandGame websites and check them out for yourself.

I will be away in Otago on a different work project however this will be completed in time for me to return to Southland for good and in time for the last few weeks of the 2023 season.
